LAWASIA “The Battle on Children’s Rights”

Watts McCray Lawyers encourage the participation of members of the legal profession at the 7th LAWASIA Family Law & Children’s Rights Conference to be held in Vientiane Laos from 6-8 June 2018. His Honour Justice John Pascoe AC CVO, Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia, is the Conference’s Keynote Speaker. He considers “Have we Lost the Battle on Children’s Rights?”

LAWASIA’s Vice President and Watts McCray Director Justin Dowd will be moderating a session at the Conference and Watts McCray’s Managing Director, Jacqueline Vincent, will be presenting on “Effective Negotiation and Understanding between the Client, Lawyer and Child”. Nicole Stevens, a Senior Associate with Watts McCray will also be presenting her topic being “Social Media and Technology in Family Law Practice” at the Conference.
